Now that we’ve met, introduced you to our lender and know exactly what you are looking for, let’s start the fun part… Home searching!

Now that we are under contract, we have a proven strategic step by step process from depositing earnest money all the way through closing. We will be there every step of the way to make sure the transaction is as smooth as possible.

How much is your home worth?
We’ll perform a full competitive market analysis (free of charge) to come up with an accurate valuation of your home. We use comps comprised of past sales, current properties for sale and properties currently under contract.
Marketing (super awesome videos included)
We are different than the average bear, we invest heavily on video and social media marketing, free of charge to our sellers. We do this by creating funnels through various social media outlets and drive traffic through target marketing to generate as much buzz as possible to get the home sold.
